Fans of the "X-files" are getting a nice treat this week with the DVD release of "The Lone Gunmen," a spin-off series that only lasted for a couple of months.

Longtime fans will remember the team of uber-nerds that made up the Gunmen troop: Langly, the long-haired hippy hacker; Frohike, the short guy with feelings for Agent Scully; and Byers, the almost normal by-the-book leader. The Gunmen made their first appearances on "X-files" and instantly became fan favorites.

The entire series is presented on three double-sided discs. That's 13 episodes plus an "X-files" episode called "Jump the Shark," in which the Gunmen are on the hunt for a missing Agent Mulder, believed to be abducted by a shadow government agency.

Extras in this set include four television spots, commentary by director Rob Bowman and the cast, as well as a retrospective "making-of" documentary.

In the end, "The Lone Gunmen" proves to be of the same caliber as the "X-files," with much of the action and humor that made the "X-files" a cult hit. Whether you loved the "X-files" or just like shows that stray from the norm, you'll find that "The Lone Gunmen" hits the mark.

'Orgazmo'

A new breed of superhero is finding his way onto DVD this week with the release of the naughty comedy "Orgazmo," written, directed and starring "South Park" co-creator Trey Parker.

Parker plays Joe Young, a Mormon kid trying to spread the word of God in Los Angeles. One day Joe wanders onto the set of a pornographic film and is attacked by security guards. Joe defends himself with karate and subsequently impresses the director, who happens to be looking for the lead in his new film.

Even though it goes against everything Joe believes in, he accepts the deal so that he can pay for an expensive wedding for his girlfriend and because he only has to shoot dialogue and fight scenes.

Things get crazy when "Orgazmo" becomes the biggest movie in America and Joe's face is plastered all over magazine covers and the news.

Extras on this DVD include trailers, 60 minutes of deleted scenes, three audio commentary tracks, a behind-the-scenes documentary and interviews where the actors answer questions in and out of character.

Overall, "Orgazmo" is hilarious. There's no sex in the movie but there is an extreme amount of adult language. Definitely not for kids, "Orgazmo" is fine for adults or those who like the raunchy comedy of "South Park" and the movie "Baseketball."
